To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain the high standards of our home, we ask that you carefully read and strictly observe the following rules. Please note that any violation of these rules, particularly regarding safety and restricted areas, may result in the immediate termination of your stay.

1. NO SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only; please ensure that cigarette butts are not thrown on the ground or in the garden. 2. QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORS Please respect the peace and quiet of the building. Excessive noise is prohibited, especially during rest hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM).

3. CARE OF THE HOME & APPLIANCES Please treat this home as if it were your own. Any damage to furniture, objects, or equipment must be reported immediately. Washing Machine: Do not overload the drum to prevent malfunctions and flooding. Guests are expected to keep the apartment in a clean and tidy condition throughout their stay.

4. SKI EQUIPMENT & BOOTS (IMPORTANT) To protect the wooden floors and ensure hygiene: It is strictly forbidden to enter the apartment or walk in the building stairwells wearing ski boots or shoes dirty with mud/snow. All equipment (skis and boots) must be stored in the private Ski-Box located in the basement. Boot Dryer: After use, you must unplug the device from the power outlet and place the tubes back in their holders. Please handle this equipment with care.

5. WASTE DISPOSAL It is mandatory to dispose of trash in the designated bins provided inside the apartment. 6. RESTRICTED AREAS & SAFETY (MANDATORY) There are unfinished construction areas (e.g., the future SPA) in the basement. For your safety, it is strictly forbidden to cross the barriers or enter these zones. The owners accept no liability for accidents occurring in explicitly restricted areas.
